Ludeo is a venture backed, interactive gaming technology firm that sought to transform how consumers discover and play new game titles coming to market. The technology allows consumers to watch & play gaming highlights with a simple click, with no sign-up required. Ludeo’s goals were simple: To educate consumers, developers, and publishers on the power of Ludeo's transformational technology.
Solution
The creativ team developed a strategy to showcase Ludeo’s transformative gaming technology across various distribution channels: Paid ad campaigns, gaming influencers, and organic social media. We developed ad creative to drive consumers to playable Hitman: World of Assasination, Redacted, and other well-known gaming titles. We then developed a digital-first media strategy to target gamers where they live online across Reddit, Discord, Meta, YouTube, and select tier 1 gaming influencers. The goal being to both educate consumers and game developers to create a network for game discovery to happen.
Results
Our campaign made Ludeo the first ever company to offer free, playable AAA game highlights in the cloud. We continually optimized our creative and media mix to achieve industry breaking click through and engagement rates. Our YouTube campaigns eventually delivered a 31% conversion rate from consumers who clicked through the ad to the mission, to players who completed the mission once they reached the Ludeo landing page.
